7 Minute Workout

Repeat x3

I've been fighting off a cold for the past week, and today was my first day back to working out.

Started off the day with lots of water, and an Access bar followed by:

10 Squats
30 Mountain Climbers
25 Sit-ups
REPEAT x3


Had a bit of a freestyle workout today, cut short by my sweet baby. I'll be going back for round two this evening!
